~Christmas decorations to be packed/put away~

thinking:  just two and half weeks ago, it was Christmas and today –  21 days left in this month, the first of the new decade, 2020. Where does the time go?

grateful: for a good night’s sleep (my head hit the pillow and I was out as a light)…

inspired/intrigued: yesterday, Bonny shared instructions for an 8-page mini booklet. My mind’s been toying with the possibilities presented (read point #3 ) by this clever use of an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper and some colored pencils…

finishing:  I guess I’ll wrap up this post and move on to a) putting away Christmas decorations and b) completing my December Daily/Journal Your Christmas album. Looks like I may close Friday with a win!

Have a great weekend!

Cheers~

  1. It’s a little sad to put away Christmas decorations, but not so much when you’ve got big plans ahead of you. I’ve also been thinking about ways I might use that 8-pg mini booklet. “Fold the paper the hotdog way…” 🙂 Have fun!

  2. My dining room table looks a lot like your photo. As soon as I finish typing this, I’m up to get it all packed away! Have a great weekend!

  3. Hope you got all the Christmas decor safely packed away. I rather enjoy getting back to a look of less clutter but sometimes the getting there is challenging. A new 2020 planner is a nice way to start the year. Great look.

  4. Always love to read the comments – our blogging community is THE BEST! also, your gold pen and that planner = perfection … I use my “ordinary pen(s)” for journaling – alternating the two that I keep inked up – one pink and one gray – and maybe I need to let that go! I used to journal with colored markers and it was FUN! xoxo.

  5. Is it all packed away now? Hoping you have done what you needed to do, and it feels good. (Couldn’t find the booklet instruction, alas). Your planner looks very clear and nicely designed – have you given up on bullet-journalling? Gold pen? Now, that’s classy!
